Process TD Engineer

Job description

The trainee will be given both theory & practical hands-on to go through an intensive technical training on Surface Mount Technology processes, Design review processes and some other task relevant engineering/ technical trainings.
The job function includes working with Intel Business Unit design team to provide design feedback at various design tape out milestone, and able to seek best resolution and mitigation to project issues / design violations to ensure a successful product launch. Candidate will be a key contributor in Product Development Team and working closely with factory process engineering and manufacturing team to ensure a robust process and manufacturing solution through comprehensive Product FMEA and Risk Assessment, with end goal to deliver healthy reference design mother boards' quality and meeting customer commitment.

Desired profile

Position requires undergraduate candidate from B.E Mechanical/ Material or B. Science in Material.
Additional Skill Sets would be a plus:
-Strong computer literacy and design software manipulation i.e. AUTOCAD/ ProE
