Job Description
PDE stands for Product Development Engineeer, called as Test Engineer in fabless IC design house.As an Intel STTD PDE, you will be working with Intel Custom Foundry customers and Intel STTD PDE teams to develop test programs including but not limited to Scan, Memory, Test Pattern Generation/Conversation, IO/Analog module, Digital module, Mixed Signal, etc., as well as debugging and other engineering activities. Good leadership is expected.

Desired profile

Bachelor, Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering. Fluent in English speaking and writing. Experienced in semiconductor wafer sort or final test TP test program development.Familiar with the applications of Automated Test Equipment ATE. Advantest T2000 CMT, Agilent 93K, Teradyne Ultra Flex experience are preferredFamiliar with Digital, Mixed Signal test methodologies. Analog and RF test experience is a good plus.Experience in structural test techniques such as SCAN, Memory BIST, JTAGExperience in test pattern generation and conversationKnowledge in standard IOs PCIE, USB, SERDES, DDR and circuit blocks Memory, Clocks, CPUProven good software skills in programming C, C++, or PERL etc.Proven good issue debugging and problem solving skills
