PCB CAD Engineer

Job description

The position is for PCB CAD Engineer with the Data Center Group based at the Intel ZPN site. This individual will be responsible for server platform products with focus on technical ownership & responsibility of printed circuit boards for Intel architecture server.

Responsibilities: Interface and work with Design Team, outsourced vendors and Outsource Design partners as related to product technical issues, engineering changes. Resolve server platform technical/engineering issues, provide clear & accurate status updates, and methodically determine the next steps towards a final Root Cause and resolution of all CAD issues.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- PCB Design
- Stackup
- Fab Files

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Possess a Master or Bachelor in Science degree in Electronics or equivalent with at least two years of experience as CAD Engineer.

-Good understanding of Electronic Design and Signal Integrity

-A detailed understanding of the PCB design and manufacturing process and a good understanding of "state of the art" PCB technologies.

-Demonstrated experience with Cadence"s Allegro is mandatory.

-Demonstrated experience with Cadence schematic would be an added advantage.

-Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and ability to be a team player in a
diverse environment.

-Self-starter with strong written & verbal communication skills, capable of handling multiple critical issues. Candidate must be fluent in English both verbal and written.
