The Online Sales Group OSG is the Scalable Sales Capability for Intelligent, Efficient, and Valued customer coverage. We operate high-performance Online Sales Centers worldwide, scaling reach through optimized customer coverage models. The OAE is responsible for giving technical product and roadmap presentations to the embedded IOT customers, deciding which and describing how, Intel products provide the optimum solution to the customer's application requirements. During customer's product design, responsible for design assistance including design reviews, examining customer problems and provide suggestions on optimal ways to use Intel products. Manage relationships between Intel and customers by establishing relationships with key technical leadership at accounts. Requires developing relationships with ecosystem partners such as distributors, ISA partners, integration partners, ISV's to provide comprehensive design recommendations pursuant to Intel's business objectives and strategies. Identify and develop new opportunities within accounts. Understand competitor's strengths and weaknesses relative to the appropriate technical strategy. Communicate customer strategies to appropriate factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination. Assist the customer throughout the development cycle to ensure successful completion of the product design. Provide timely feedback to business units on product and strategy issues to ensure Intel is capable of responding to and/or anticipating changes needed to maintain success. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult technical problems. The OAE will interact with the client base via many online communication forms internet, email, chat, blogging, Skype, phone, etc.. The OAE is also responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with an Account Manager.

Qualifications

B.S. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Computer EngineeringRelated technical field with minimum of 1+ years of relevant engineering and/or technical support experience.Professional Characteristics Preferred:Understanding of standard Desktop, Mobile, and Server architectures.Understanding of Intel programs and program benefits a plus.Prior experience using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management CRM software.Ability to take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution.Be able to integrate technical, business, market and environmental conditions into a compelling solution that meets the needs of Intel and the customer.Deep technical understanding of relevant products, systems and technologies.Experience in engineering and design support in computing architectures. Able to find new sales opportunities through follow up calls & social media.Excellent verbal skills and phone presence. Strong listening and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Excellent analytical skills.Experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power PointFluent in English and Japanese/Korean/Mandarin a plus.
