Job description
The ITERP (Information Technology Emergency Response Process) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the ITERP team has the tools necessary to ensure successful, timely completion of containment, mitigation, and recovery actions from a business and technical perspective.
The successful ITERP Analyst will work across IT organizations to identify, define, and drive implementation of continuous improvements in processes/structure and capabilities. Major components of this position are to facilitate post mortems for crisis events, perform trending analysis on the types of events and root cause, and report out on key learning's.
Desired profile
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineer
3+ months experience in the below areas:
Security practices, procedures, and capabilities, analytical work.
Preferred Qualifications:
CISSP or equivalent Certification
Information Security Common Body's of Knowledge
