Job description
Job Description: A candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's, Specialist's, Technical, Master's or PhD degree from a relevant academic institute. A Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department. The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into an Recent College Graduate/Recent Technical Graduate position as appropriate.
Position is for the Admin Executive Support Team which is part of the TAC Hub Organization in IT Service Operations. The Team provides 1st level support to all Admins and Executives worldwide in a wide range of applications ranging: Office, Network, Video Chat and Mac Support. The operations in the TAC runs 24x5 that operates from Penang and Costa Rica. This Support Agent position is primarily responsible for high quality customer experience through operational excellence in supporting Admins and Executives, and will work closely with the L1.5s/L2s and Engineering team for continuous improvements. Duties will include providing phone and chat support, as well as strong focus on career development to increase the technical level and pursue a higher understanding of Intel operations. The candidate must: be a Team Player, love customer service, be willing to learn in depth about the major Service Desks in ITSO and have fun while achieving the Team goals.
Desired profile
Candidate working towards a relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Advanced level of English communication skills (Written, Verbal)
MS Office knowledge (Outlook, SharePoint, etc)
Windows 7 - 8 troubleshooting experience
Network and Mobile devices knowledge
Incident management skills
Outstanding customer service skills
