We are looking for individual who has an analytical mind and the ability to pay very close attention to detail, analyze results, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with business partners to ensure accurate of inventory reporting for Procurement, accuracy of financial statement and audit compliance.Responsibility may include but not limited to :-- Ensure system and data integrity through timely and accurate transactions for all types of inventory movement - Manage subcon cycle count activities, perform inventory reconciliation and Gross Unit Variance GUV reporting- Analyze inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, resolve variances and coming up solutions to problems- Determine root causes of inventory variances, drive appropriate corrective actions with business partners and closely follow up.- Verify and perform SAP transactions for material receiving and shipment, investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately- Must display a sense of urgency to resolve system issues in the daily business handling to support delivery requirements in a fast paced environment.- Working with IT and system analyst for any receiving failure and drive automate solutions to fix the system issues.- Reports the physical inventory results to ensure accuracy of on hand stock and financial reporting- Compile inventory KPI, communicate and present to business partners effectively - Facilitates cycle count audit to ensure compliance with Intel cycle count guidelines - Support Internal, External and SOX audit and coordinate audit schedules with business partners and subcons- Identify business process gaps, drive business process improvement initiatives and efficiency with control in place- Subject Matter Expert in inventory management, required to understand the interdependencies between BOM Management, Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, subcon collaboration, Account Payable and Finance Costing impact.

Desired profile
- Candidates should hold an Degree holder or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of Inventory Management processes and systems- Demonstrates the ability to pay very close attention to detail- Shows the ability to solve complex problems independently and quickly- Must be able to communicate well with others in order to implement inventory control plansDemonstrates the ability to work well with systems and maintain databases effectively- Shows professionalism, particularly when working with external supplier and auditors - Possess good analytical skills, multitasking capabilities and excellent time management skills- Working knowledge of Inventory Management System, SAP preferred- Fluent in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with focus on Excel skills, including charting, pivot tables, vlookup and basic formulas
