Internship / Working Student RF Circuit Design (f/m)

Job description

We are looking for you as Intern / Working Student RF Circuit Design (f/m).

Support of RF circuit design engineers in various tasks:
- analog/RF circuit simulation and optimization
- VHDL modeling & functional verification
- lab measurement of current RF transceiver products
- post processing and evaluation of simulation and measurement data
- documentation

Desired profile

- Student (f/m) in Electrical Engineering
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge UNIX
- Preferably knowledge in CADENCE, matlab and/or VHDL
