Internship DFT Automation

Job description

Job Description: A candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's, Specialist's, Technical, Master's or PhD degree from a relevant academic institute.
Objective of this internship is to execute a project to automate data gathering for reporting and regression testing. Based on existing flow functionalities for DfT a data base screening various logfiles has to be created. These data need to be analyzed automatically and presented graphically.
During this internship student gets basic insights into industrial design flow functionalities with focus on DfT tools and methods. Understanding the importance of critical key performance indicators and their impact on management decisions will be a major take-away.

Desired profile

- Bachelor degree with outstanding results in computer science or electrical
engineering/microelectronics
- Basic knowledge about EDA flows and Design-for-Test
- Data Base technologies, e.g. SQLlite
- Programming skills using Python (Tcl, Pearl)
- English required
- Eager to connect to various domains of design, test and manufacturing of integrated
circuits
