Job Description: Develops, implements, and maintains computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
Desired profile
Seeking a motivated, results-oriented professional who will provide technical development and support on Intel's Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) efforts. This position will work closely with both the Oracle IAM solution team as well as Intel's core IdAM team and is responsible for providing Oracle IAM subject matter expertise and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and development for Oracle IAM.
Provide IAM development expertise for integration of new applications and development of new custom features.
Provide IAM administration support for policy updates of ongoing application development as appropriate.
Make recommendations for improvements to existing infrastructure and application deployments.
Qualifications and Experience:
BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree.
Minimum of 3 years as an Oracle IAM developer or lead developing and deploying solutions for large scale Identity and Access Management technologies. Two of those years should be on Oracle 11g R2.
Must have at least 1 year of experience working with Identity Federation services with Oracle OAM / OIF, including in depth troubleshooting techniques.
Required Skills:
Must have expert knowledge with Identity Federation and well versed in SAML 2.0.
Understanding of network computing, performance, concepts and current practices.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to compose and present material to communicate difficult concepts and gain consensus
Effective time management skills demonstrated by successful and timely completion of projects
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Clear and concise oral and written communication is a must.
Must have hands on experience in core Java including design principles and best practices.
Preferred:
Agile experience with Scrum
