·  Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt administrative or technical nature.
·  U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments may last for only two to three months usually during the summer months.
·  Open to full-time students only.
·  Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
·  Limited judgment required in resolving standard problems. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.

Non-Volatile Solutions Memory Group: The Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is a worldwide organization that delivers NAND flash memory products for use in Solid State Drives (SSDs), portable memory storage devices, digital camera memory cards, and other devices. The group is responsible for NVM technology design and development, complete Solid State Drive (SSD) system hardware and firmware development, as well as wafer and SSD manufacturing.

Desired profile

Minimum Requirements:

- High school students who have completed or are about to complete their sophomore or junior year local to Intel Folsom campus- Computer science and/or Engineering course curriculum at a high school level required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional experience with software programming is beneficial to this position
