The High Density Modular Test (HDMT), a combination of hardware and software modules, is Intel's latest test technology platform that targets a range of products in diverse markets including server, client, system-on-chip, and Internet of Things. It enables rapid test development and unit-level process control with proven capability to significantly reduce costs compared to traditional test platforms.The HDMT Field Application Engineer is responsible for embedded/on-site, single customer engagement and product enabling while interfacing with the larger HDMT Applications team and HDMT development engineers within STTD (Sort Test Technology Development). The primary role is to ensure the successful implementation of test process and methodologies and their successful HVM deployment for ICF products in China and the Asian region. The HDMT Field Applications engineer will work directly with the ICF and external customer PDEs (called as TEs in fabless design house, Intel calls them as PDEs) and factory personnel to debug, reproduce, and resolve software and hardware application issues. The Field Applications Engineer will also develop a deep understanding of the customer's current/future test needs and usage models and translate them into a set of requirements/priorities for future Tester Operating System (TOS) releases.

Desired profile
You should possess a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with minimum three years of test or PDE experience. Additional qualifications include: - Background in ATE testing, test methodology, DFT and product development - RF and/or high speed digital testing experience - C++ and Python coding skills - Strong leadership, teamwork and communications skills - Strong data analysis and technical problem solving skills - Experience with multifunctional teams across multiple sites - Ability to travel-Fluent in English speaking, writing and reading
