Assists in providing technical support for one or many products and/or product family. Responsibilities may include: participating in new product development, representing the customers technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials. Works with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations. Owns creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Desired profile

Ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences:
- A Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering- Knowledge of digital logic, 80x86 architecture, high speed signal design, hardware board design, & hands-on debugging- Knowledge of electrical validation & compliance test- Familiar with the following specifications of IMVP/VR, DDR, PCIe, USB, SATA, SMBUS, I2C,HDMI, DP, eDP, LVDS & ACPI
Soft skills qualifications:
- Disciplined design approach, and ability to work smoothly with a team- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and to manage relationships with key stakeholders- Ability to lead in prioritizing and brainstorming action items with business justification and project milestones- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and results orientation- Good problem solving skills coupled with a strong aptitude to learn and innovate- Ability to work under time pressure and within project environment constraints- Ability to operate effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment- Good writing, presentation and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
