Engineering Business Administrator

The Role:

You will provide administrative and project management support to your assigned Business Unit. Responsibilities will include:

·  Project Management and logistical support for engineering department, including project planning support in Agile development operations.
·  Support and manage various people initiatives within the department.
·  Assist in coordinating activities, events and meetings for your Business Unit.
·  Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size.
·  Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
·  Manage workplace improvements and the development of an innovative office environment.
·  Manage meeting logistics, coordinate the execution engine of the department through chairing and facilitating various meetings.
·  Manage and track various budgets, headcount trackers, hiring indicators and support.
·  Judgement is required in resolving complex non-standard problems and making routine recommendations.

The Platform Engineering Group (PEG) is responsible for the design, development, and production of system-on-a-chip (SoC) products that go into Intel's next generation client and mobile platforms. PEG strives to lead the industry moving forward through product innovation and world class engineering.

What You Need:

·  A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business administration, or accounting or related field.
·  Additional skills / experience in programming, program management or organizational development.
