The Talent Marketplace (TM) organization is on a mission to make sure each new hire receives a "WOW" welcoming experience. The team focuses on making sure all functions through onboarding process run smoothly, as well as introducing new employees with the overall goals and company values.

Description

As part of the Regional Talent organization delivery team you will be the regional rep and support implementation of global onboarding and integration programs and initiatives in the region, including forecasting processes, planning and promoting regional ideas and ad-hoc needs
Manage the regional orientation courses in different sites and support the on-site and virtual deployment and onboarding ongoing activities, aligned with TM strategy
Partnership with staffing, HR and learning team to manage and optimize operations.
Provide service and solutions to new hires and instructors
Stakeholder management and support of the onboarding activities of GER sites

Desired profile

- MA/MBA student, with at least 1.5 years till graduation- Managing a geo-dispersed partners
- Strong partnership and communication skills
- Problem solving skills and operational knowledge
- Ability to "connect the dots", see the bigger picture and continuously prioritize activities

- 4 days work availability per week
