GAR Solutions Specialist

Job description

Works in collaboration with the solution development teams globally to identify Deployment requirements across all delivery modes and establishes Delivery implementation requirements. Determine appropriate instructor strategy to deploy solutions, sources and plans for training of initial instructors. Plan and execute successful pilot/launch strategy for new solutions factoring in business and geography needs. Manages the product launch thru stabilization and supports those programs or processes which do not transition to Shared Service Center. Works with the Shared Service Center to determine programs or processes to be transitioned to Shared Service Center. Manages the transition process including process documentation, training, and integration. Bring the delivery capability expertise around standard processes. Stakeholder Management with Operations, Regions and global teams. Works with Regional Business HR on daily requests related to business development.
