Job description

In this IPOCC (Immigration and Post Offer Care Center) position, you will be working in the Human Resources Global Shared Service Center providing operational support to hiring managers during the requisition and job offer phase of hiring employees. You will be the liaison between hiring managers and applicants for accepted positions, immigration process, customer service face for candidates, relocation processes. This position will report to the GAM SSC Staffing manager.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Understanding the business direction and acumen of assigned business groups
- Partner with Staffing on proactive engagement with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates on consultation for requisition requirements and hiring talent needs.
- Conduct immigration processes in conjunction with Intel Legal Firm.
- Champion diversity candidate placement.
- Responsible for control and compliance requirements based on local laws and company policies.
- Manage on boarding process for future Intel Employees.
- Provide ongoing consulting and assistance of hiring tools and processes with hiring managers.
- Ensure accurate data entry as measured by tool audits.
- Ensure flawless execution of point of service indicators and SLA adherence.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate should be closed to get or have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related area, plus 2 years of experience in similar positions.

- Strong negotiating and follow-through skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently in a global and virtual environment and ability to communicate at any management level.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
- Ability to quickly comprehend processes variances and ambiguity in the working environment.
- Demonstrate strong discipline, attention to details, and quality executing daily work.
- Properly planning tasks to meet time commitments.
- Ability to analyze problems to identify root causes and resolution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, candidate tracking, database applications, and HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting/sourcing background is preferred for this role.
- Demonstrated ability in screening for administrative and technical positions and identifying skills/strengths.
- Strong research skills and ability to research technical terms to understand business needs and build acumen.
- Proficiency in Taleo is preferred for this role.
