Being under the dynamic Platform Engineering Group as a Software Development Intern in Aalborg, Denmark, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience developing software products in accordance with software architecture specifications and internal procedures. We are looking for University students who have a deep sense of analytical thinking, a willingness to learn and obtain exceptional time management and commitment to their work. Being familiar with languages such as C++, Java and Matlab along with familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and Eclipse will assist you with your everyday job. As a Software Development Intern, you will need basic knowledge of software testing, as you maintain build process and perform Build Verification Tests for each build (Regression Testing). Possessing great communication skills, and having a good command of English is required, as you will be communicating the test results to the entire team as well as writing a documentation and updating of existing specifications. The Platform Engineering Group (PEG) is responsible for the design, development, and production of system-on-a-chip (SoC) products that go into Intel's next generation client and mobile platforms. PEG strives to lead the industry moving forward through product innovation and world class engineering.

Desired profile

Required Qualifications : - University Student enrolled in Software Engineering program or similar - Programming skills: knowledge of C++, Python - Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio and Matlab. - Entrepreneurial and creative attitude: independent and self-motivated. - Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications : - Experience within software validation and testing - Knowledge in the field of communication protocols (WLAN, GSM, UMTS, LTE); - Knowledge about software test tools and automated measurement environments - Hands-on experience with lab equipment control is an advantage
