- This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for managing the relationship between Intel and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at accounts.
- Develop relationships with distributors and engage distributor resources in support of assigned accounts. Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts. Ensure that goals are consistent with Intel's strategic direction of: 1 maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and longterm and 2 increasing the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Field Applications Engineer.
- Communicate strategies to appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.
- Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.

Key attributes we are looking for:
*Responsible for design win, technical enabling and revenue quota*Strong sales skills with strategic thinking to structure an account plan to win Division mindshare and supports
*Demonstrated ability to drive decisions with the product divisions
*Experienced in structuring and negotiating complex pricing and process
*Excellent time management and organizational skills are needed in order to prioritize tasks in a very interrupt driven environment*Good relationship building skills are necessary, including the ability to build and communicate effectively with all levels of Intel and the customer*Coordinate and drive executive relationships between Intel and new customers are critical
*Team Player-The new biz team is a new, dynamic, fast-paced team environment
*Telco experience and knowledge is strongly preferred
*A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business is required, although a Master's degree is preferred
