Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for working as part of the Export Facilitation and Trade Compliance team. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with export regulations companywide. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Applying knowledge of the U.S. export and international regulatory requirements to accurately perform operational tasks, - Enforcing export screening policies and execute screening processes across the organization, - Working with logistics, fulfillment houses and post-sales support hubs, to ensure export compliance requirements are being followed- Providing export license information and foreign trade logic information for exports of Intel revenue and non-revenue products and commodities- Communicating regulatory information across all aspects of the company to provide compliance awareness and to develop compliance policies and processes, - Understanding new product and technology developments and providing export classifications for internal and 3rd party products, - Preparing, filing and properly recording CCATS and export license applications with supporting technical documentation- Participating and leading efforts to implement different systems interfaces to enhance automation of export compliance activities- Maintaining export compliance information on internal and external websites- Managing, supporting, and auditing AES filings- Performing high-volume export classifications within short-time span- Reviewing and releasing high-volume revenue and non-revenue orders within a short-time span- Auditing export shipments to ensure compliance with export regulations- Supporting ongoing efforts to create scalable procedures and processes to support ever changing business needs.

Desired profile

- Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of export compliance process/program administration experience- Strong internet and database research skills - Strong process development skills which include forethought into upstream and downstream impact- Previous experience in a multitasking environment with ability to exercise good judgment and independent analysis of export regulations and commodity classifications - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while meeting timetables and objectives- Comfortable working with technology export classification knowledge with an emphasis on regulatory analysis - Strong working knowledge of U.S. export regulations EAR, ITAR, OFAC, FTSR, etc. - Experience with SNAP-R, AES, D-TRADE, - Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects in ensuring compliance with export regulations in a high tech industry - Technical aptitude for manipulating data using Excel, Access, and ERP platform software
