General: - Intel's Information Security team is hiring Information Security/ Privacy professionals in all domains of Cyber Security across our locations in the United States, Israel, India and Costa Rica. Job description for RSA Archer eGRC Technical Analyst:-
This position is for Intel's Information Security team. This position will be working as part of the Archer development group in a team environment to develop and support Archer Solutions and change requests. This position must have a good understanding of the methodologies used in requirements gathering, usability testing, and documentation. In addition, this position will work directly with the business line to develop business and technical requirements for the Archer system. Responsibilities:
- Through solution design, identify and promote opportunities to standardize, reuse, and optimize GRC Solutions, processes and data across Business Units and programs.
- Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring RSA Archer's "out-of-box" solutions to fit specific business needs
- Engages with solution owners/ SMEs /stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements, and contributes to completion of functional & technical specifications;
- Work as a member of an Agile Development team to design, develop, and implement new RSA Archer solutions and improve upon existing solutions.
- Creates deliverables according to the Agile sprints- user stories for functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation; identifying dependencies for requested changes, and maintaining a prioritized schedule of enhancements
- Candidate will be experienced in migrating workflow management processes to Archer for efficient reporting tracking and automation purpose.
- Ability to work to explain the business process workflow, business process optimization, and end user expectations; while keeping in mind enterprise solution and user experience.
- Fixes and develops changes to solutions to meet functional and technical designs following best practices and development standards and guidelines; Work to analyze, debug, and resolves defects in Solutions. Performance tunes, reviews and recommends improvements to existing configurations
- Specialize in Archer Data Feeds, Questionnaires, Complex Calculated Fields, Custom Work Flows, Access Controls, Custom Objects, Mail Merge Templates, Reports, Dashboards, and I-Views. Archer security structure, data feeds/API, Data Drive Events (DDE)
- Provide support for off-hours production deployments (if needed); including the creation of precise documentation detailing implementation, validation and back out steps for every production turnover. Assist the team with troubleshooting and remediation of production support issues. Documentation and operating manuals for Solutions.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Experience with RSA Archer version 6.0 or higher; upgrades and implementations in a multi-server environment; Data Feeds and Advance Work Flow is ideal.
- Experience with translating customer requirements into Archer solutions via custom ODAs, fields, DDEs, and reports where appropriate.
- Ability to leverage the Archer Data Feed Manager to integrate external data sources.
- Excellent grasp of the methods by which Access Control is implemented within Archer.
- Familiarity with Web services protocols such as REST, SOAP, XML
- Experience /High level understanding of database structure Basic SQL, Relational database structure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of IIS settings, SQL Server, Archer API with .NET coding skills is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to consult and understand stakeholder's requirements
- Experience using AGILE & working in SCRUM teams for project delivery
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle concepts
- It is highly desired that candidates have worked in a client-facing environment previously and possess strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Required BS/ Master's Degree, or the equivalent experience
- 4+ years total work experience
- 3+ years work experience in RSA Archer configuration and administration. (RSA Archer Admin certified)
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL, Python, .NET programming and Archer API is a plus.
- Security certifications, such as GSEC or CISSP, are a plus
