CPU Quality and Reliability Engineer QRE - responsibility for the quality and reliability of the most advanced processor architecture using advanced design techniques and cutting edge process technology. These processors are embedded in Ultrabooks/Notebooks/ Tablets/Desktop.The job includes design and running reliability experiments using statistical tools for massive data analysis to characterize silicon failure modes including degradation and reliability assessments. Work with CPU architects, designers and validation teams to assess the risks and drive improvements. Support high volume manufacturing sites worldwide.

Desired profile

- B.Sc/ M.Sc/PHD EE with physics is advantage - Demonstrated strength in technical and analytical problem solving - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Good written and spoken English.- Ability to effectively work in a team environment - Mature, self-assured, well organized and ability to manage multitasks and time - Familiar with statistics and data analysis tools such as JMP/SAS - advantage
