Cloud Software Engineer (m/f)

There has never been a better time to be part of Intel Security! We are working on building out our Cloud Services Platform built on our innovative, cutting edge security technologies.
In our development center in Paderborn, Germany, we are looking for a Software Development Engineer who will join our existing team to design and implement our Cloud Services Platform (CSP).

What you will do...
He/she develops software as the primary job function; Designs, develops, debugs & tests complex software in any field e.g., systems software, software development tools, applications, drivers, numerical methods. May work directly with companies developing and optimizing operating systems and other software technologies. Usually holds an academic degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Computational Science.

Desired profile

- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (C++)
- Good knowledge of languages like Python, PHP, Perl, Ruby ...
- Experience with one or more of VMware ESXi, OpenStack, Xen, KVM, QEMU, OpenVSwitch

- Experience with Docker and/or Kafka, ElasticSearch, Ansible, InfluxDB, Grafana, Kibana

- Experience in system administration

- Deep knowledge regarding networking and routing protocols

- Very good English skills (writing & speaking)
- Software prototyping and debug skills
