Job description

Responsible for providing computer software and hardware support for Station Controllers (SC) on the ATTD Chandler manufacturing floor. SCs are used for enforcing business process, controlling processing on the manufacturing equipment & collecting process related data.

This particular req is for compressed back of week night shift i.e. every other Sat and every Wed, Thur, Fri night. Typical work shift would be 12 hours long beginning at 9 pm and ending at 9 am the following morning.

Job responsibilities include all of the following:
-Resolve Station Controller software and hardware issues that are escalated from overseas Level 1/SAE support.
-Deploy hardware in production environment.
-Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation.

Desired profile

Candidate must possess an Associate Degree in an engineering or science discipline.

Experience in computer software and hardware troubleshooting, installation and repair.

Experience in computer peripherals troubleshooting, installation and repair.

Good problem solving ability.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with peers, engineering and customers.

Great customer service skills.
