As an Ask Ivy Business Analyst, you'll work with a fast-paced and collaborative team to continuously improve Ask Ivy - an automated virtual HR agent that provides quick, concise answers to HR questions for Intel employees.

As an Ask Ivy Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

- Analyzing large volumes of qualitative data to identify specific issues and develop solutions/enhancements
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, developers, and vendor to design and implement new content/functionality
- Measuring and evaluating the performance of Ask Ivy's content/functionality
- Summarizing and sharing data with stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis (experience in qualitative data analysis preferred)
  • At least intermediate experience with Excel
