Analog Design Engineer
Graduate job United States Design / Civil engineering / Industrial engineering
Job description
Intel Massachusetts Microprocessor Design Center is looking for an Experienced Design Engineer to contribute in the high speed IO and/or high performance power delivery design space for Intel's High-Performance Server Microprocessor designs. Responsibilities include technology path finding, specification, IC circuit design, layout supervision, documentation, DFT and DFM and post silicon validation of analog and mixed signal clock generation units. Minimal travel may be required. Analog design responsibilities may consist but not limited to high speed transmitters and receivers, high performance, low-jitter PLLs, on-die voltage regulators and references, and other elements necessary to design, verify and productize high performance analog solutions for Intel's microprocessors.
Desired profile
Minimum Requirements:
You must possess a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a Ph.D. with three to five years of general IC analog design experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Three to five years of general IC analog and/or mixed-signal design experience, preferably in high speed signaling solutions
- Familiarity with Cadence* IC design tools would be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and provide mentorship and guidance to more junior engineers
- Good written and oral communication skills are extremely important
