Job description
This is a 4-6 month paid internship based in Manchester. Salary: £13,500 per annum (equivalent). You must have the right to work in the UK to apply for this role.
This company is a division of a huge international company. It is the leading sports production company in Europe with a truly global client list from Azerbaijan to Zambia. Highly experienced in working with International Rights holders and brands associated with sports sponsorship such as Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid, RFL, ECB, UK Sports Council to brands such as AON, Etihad Airways, Saudi Telecom & Hays.

How you can expect to spend your day:
- Assist with the execution of partnerships with a wide range of sports rights holders and sponsors.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery; organise creative, request media plans and provide post-campaign reports.
- Update marketing materials including creds decks, newsletters, show reels and case study documents.
- Liaison with creatives and treatment writers to ensure that projects keep to the set timelines.
- Update and monitor the Mob Sports section of the Mob Film website (training provided).
- Update and monitor all partner brand guidelines and assets so that they can be easily available to the production team.
- Assist with the organisation of any Client Hospitality Programme; take bookings, organise transport, arrange accommodation etc.
- Monitor and maintain the diary of the Head of Sport and support the Head of Sport in ad-hoc marketing as required.
Key candidate requirements:
- A candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and you will need to be an enthusiastic and well organised self-starter. As far as possible we aim to leave people to organise their own time, so you must be able to plan and prioritise effectively, but also recognise potential problems and seek help where needed.
- Previous experience in film and content production is not required, but you must have a understanding of the UK sports industry and some experience of sports sponsorship would be desirable. You need to be a great team player, able to co-operate well and support your colleagues.
- You should be articulate, confident and strong grasp of written English is essential, as you will be communicating extensively via email and preparing reports.
- Marketing or relevant degree.
- An interest in sports marketing and or media industries.
- Excellent all-round communication skills, ability to work well with colleagues.
- Attention to detail, diligence, enthusiasm and creativity.
- The ability to work to deadlines.
- Proficient in Mac OS, iWorks, MS Office and Photoshop basics.
- You must have the right to work in the UK to apply for this position.
- Experience of using social media would be a bonus, but is not a pre-requisite.
