Job description
This is a 3 month paid internship, offering an £18K pro-rata salary. The plan is for this role turn into a permanent paid position from the beginning of the 4th month. You must have the right to work in the UK to apply for this role.
Our client makes online video work for media owners, major sports organisations and international corporations across the whole of Europe.

A typical day would be:
You'll report to the Marketing Manager, who looks after the branding and lead generation activities for the business. There's plenty of variety and there's always the chance to pitch in your own ideas. They pride themselves on collaboration and will encourage you to develop your own role as you help the business grow.
- Create intelligent content that positions the company in the marketplace
- Refine the marketing calendar
- Plan for promotional activities and events
- Write press releases and drive press engagement
- Measure and report on marketing and social metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Drive traffic to the website through social campaigns
- Coordinate the marketing collateral library to help sales work more efficiently
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
- Clear, concise and coherent writing
- Knowledge of WordPress, marketing KPIs, B2B buying process and SaaS marketing best practices would be beneficial.
- Any experience of Google Analytics
- Comprehensive Excel skills.
- Some understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys
- Basic knowledge of InDesign (for creating PDFs), HTML / CSS is helpful
- You'll be hungry to learn new concepts and stay up to date with the online video industry. And you'll read technology and business publications like TechCrunch and Fast Company.Your experience, work ethic and creativity will get you further than any qualification. That being said, it helps if you have the following:
- Degree in business, technology or the humanities
- Marketing certificates from the CIM
- Previous experience working as an intern or assistant
- Previous writing experience, your personal blog will do just fine!
