This is an entry level graduate job paying £18,000. You must have the right to work in the UK to apply for this role.

Day-to-day activities of the role:
You will join the operations team responsible for ensuring client advertising campaigns are produced in line with their expectations, are launched on time and are monitored throughout to ensure each campaign is optimised and delivering the best return on investment. 

Tasks interns can expect to learn about and undertake include (full training provided):    

- Control each advertisement campaign between operations team and client.
- Use Sales Force to ensure accurate reporting is available to key clients and assist in the construction of reports to analyse sales data i.e. revenues, brand count and yield management. 
- Contribute to the internal sharing of knowledge and reports to inform future campaign strategy. This is typically between the sales team, ad operations and the client i.e. Inventory management, admin, policies. 
- Ensure best practice over polices such as compliance and service level agreements which are readily accessed by a number of stakeholders both internal and external.
- Manage data and campaign bookings on an internal system to help optimise ad campaigns and improve future strategy. 
- Creative swaps and revisions to optimise campaigns as instructed by the client.
- Compile half yearly audits on previous campaigns and extract relevant information from them.
- Work with the sales team as they report back to agencies and clients maintaining high standards of service. 

What skills can you expect to develop?

- This internship will train the successful candidate in account management and advertising campaign control. 
- The intern will learn how to act as a key communication conduit between the advertising team and the sales team, effectively controlling the communication process to client whilst ensuring the client has see-through on sales management and performance. 
- Campaign control will be a critical part of this role when helping to vet process all bookings. 
- The intern will also learn how the operations team help focus on improving performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation. 
- They will be trained in two key customer relationship management (CRM) tools: Netsuite and . 

Specific industry training will also cover the following which are industry standard tools:

- DART - DFP - how to traffic different ad tags, use the various targeting codes to target users.
- DART – DFP Query Tool – How to run campaign reports.

The ideal candidate skills, education and experience: 
The ideal candidate for this position will be a recent graduate looking to break into the digital advertising sector by joining the operations team of a large and well established advertising agency. The candidate should be interested in the advertising sector, have good communications skills and analytical skills would be a bonus! 

Desired skills, education and experience:

- Educated to degree level.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
- A recent university graduate looking to gain vocational and practical training in digital advertising. 
- Experience working with Excel would be advantageous. 
- Must be numerate and organised with very good attention to detail.  
- The ideal candidate will be naturally focused on providing polite and efficient customer experiences and also comfortable to communicate with other team members (from sales, finance and operation teams) from a variety of backgrounds.
