Job description
Large Listed company are offering a valuable training position as a Company Secretarial Assistant. The role will assist the Group Company Secretary and Deputy Company Secretary in providing a full Company Secretariat service to the global Group, covering statutory record-keeping, Companies Act and Listing and Disclosure & Transparency Rules compliance and year-end procedures as well as ad-hoc projects.
The role will require working extended hours at certain times of the year and in response to specific projects as required.
Requirements
- ICSA qualified or committed to undertaking the ICSA Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (Study Support provided)

Self-motivated with problem solving and decision making skills

Strong computer literacy, with experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Numerate with solid mathematical skills

Excellent communication skills, especially written English
