Job description

The Mission

Provides Retail Business Line with data and knowledge of retail products, distribution and direct marketing actions, supporting understanding of effectiveness of sales activities and generating recommendations for future sales activities used in the process of shaping the retail banking products development strategy and their communication by the Retail Business Areas.

Your Day-to-Day

•Develops and executes on Business Intelligence strategy to effectively accomplish overall goals of Retail Unit;

•Ensures customer analyses in the context of direct marketing activities and business recommendations for selection of target groups for campaigns, channels for reaching customers as well as sale and customer activation, stimulation and retention for Business Areas;

•Ensures analytical data based on database analysis, supporting or initiating decisions on the pricing policy, product profitability, direct marketing strategy, management of distribution channels, the sales process and any other development activities for retail products.

What you bring to the team

•University degree – preferably in Mathematics, Cybernetics, or other when supplemented with relevant experience;

•Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar domain (Customer Intelligence, Business Intelligence, CRM);

•Previous proven experience with: SAS base, SAS stat, SAS macro, SAS Enterprise Guide, Cognos, Qlikview, MicroStrategy, R, SQL;

•Solid communication skills, ability to work in a highly demanding environment, able to initiate, make decisions and assume responsibility, strong drive, results-focused, creative and determined problem solving skills, analytical skills, attention to details, integrity, stress tolerance;

•Strong leadership skills;

•Fluent in English.
