ING is looking for....
a Corporate Finance Analyst
Primarily involved in supporting the Corporate Finance team in originating, structuring and executing M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
Key responsibilities
· Working within the CF team in Amsterdam with a focus on Dutch-linked M&A and ECM transactions
· Assisting in the origination and execution of transactions, supporting in particular in the areas of preparing presentations, researching industry sectors and companies and financial modelling
· Maintaining close ties with the departmental families within ING, including Structured Acquisition Finance, Event Finance, Corporate Clients and Corporate Investments
Role criteria / competencies
Analysts have an academic degree reflecting above average numerical and analytical competency. Suitable candidates furthermore have a high energy level, strong attention to detail, ability to work time-efficiently within a team setting and demonstrable affinity with M&A and/or ECM.
