For its Contact Centre in Ghent and Louvain-la-Neuve, ING is looking for a Business Analyst (m/f) . Are you passionate about offering an excellent customer experience via new channels? Your work environment

In the role of Business Analyst, you are part of the Business & Change Management team of ING Contact Centre.

You work in Ghent or Louvain-la-Neuve, with travel to the other site and Brussels .

Job description

- General
You work in close collaboration with a project manager: you are the coordinating glue making sure the business needs and technological solution fit neatly.

- Analytical
Starting from the business demand, you come up with a business and technological solution, and coordinate these needs with the development, testing, training and aftercare teams.

- Customer focus
at all time, you put the customer first and safeguard that the solution serves most his direct needs

- Communication
You talk the talk of the business, and walk the walk of IT (translate needs to IT and explain IT solution to business).
Also, you actively check and manage your business stakeholders.

- Governance
You ensure compliance with all quality standards, internal procedures and legal regulations.

- Documentation
You make sure all business processes are documented according to standardized templates and share lessons learned.

- Keep Getting Better
You develop and maintain expertise in your area and in the organisation.

You have a good understanding of the operation of other areas of the business, and you constantly expand your contacts with sources of information.

Your profile

Knowledge and experience

- You have a Master's degree, preferably in a field related to economics.

- You are trilingual in Dutch, French and English.

- You have at least two years of experience in a similar position.

- You are fluent in the use of programs such as MS Office, Visio.

- Experience with project management and/or business analysis is highly valued, as is knowledge of/experience with digital and/or communication/interaction channels.
