We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert / Data Analyst

… to work within the Wholesale Banking Global Tribe Lending. The purpose of our Tribe: Make complex lending simple! For borrowers, ING employees, investors and regulators.

Specifically we are looking for Customer Journey Experts (CJE) / Data Analysts (DA) for our Data Modelling squad. This squad is contributing in the establishment of the target ING Data Model and it’s Esperanto, into the Wholesale Bank Data Lake.

Data is becoming more important every day. You will be contributing  to the realisation of  our ambitioned Lending data platform;  rich, comprehensive and with high quality and availability. The Lending data platform will enable uniform and excellent data consumption possibilities to meet our ever increasing client- and regulatory demands on data.
This is a fundamental part of building the future digital ING Wholesale Bank. 

You will be part of a team realising this model and building bridges towards other squads in order to realise end-to-end delivery across Lending (various interfaces) and other Tribes (like the WB Data Tribe running the WB Data Lake). Needed skills & experience

As a CJE / DA you will be working together with a team of other CJE / DA’s , Developers and Testers as well as other tribe representatives along the end-to-end chain on above-mentioned purpose. You will work in an agile environment. You have expertise in the Lending area and have knowledge on Lending systems as LoanIQ and SAP and their data model. This can be either with a more technical or with a rather functional scope. You are easy to work with, mature and have a no-nonsense mentality. You are an open and honest communicator, who values working as part of a team.

You must have experience in the following fields:

Strong knowledge on ‘Lending’, preferably on Lending product/business process/data >2 years of experience with preferably Loan IQ (front-end and/or data model), else SAP (Real Estate) Agile / Scrum Data modelling Data analysis Business analysis

Next to these must haves, we would like you to have gain some knowledge/experience of the following:

Oracle SQL Issue trackers like ServiceNow. Collaboration tooling like Confluence. Creating User Stories Supporting Loan IQ end users
