· Develop and retain skilled/ competency of testing personnel
· Drive and participate in NLoZD/ NLoP projects for LO execution
· OEE improvement
· Participate and support company activities to achieve company objective
· Overall owner of new product release under M-milestone, cost down activities (Test time/ test insertion reduction and burn in hours reduction) and test productivity in backend.
· Interface initiative in product yield improvement and products monitoring in Yield FE/BE, Quality CP/CPK, delivery impact of high volume products.
· Drive new product ramp up- linked between PRM/PD/TE/UPS test, support technical issues during ramp up and ensure effective actions in place to improve yield situation.
· Coordination for new technologies an dnes product burn in readiness, monitoring, date analysis and implementation of the role of testing within the organization structure.
· Drive project to reduce test cost with ratio improvement, improve test yield with test package optimization
· FAR support – support QM with product-related analysis and fault analysis & simulation, support execution of 8D (root-cause finding, containment, permanent actions and test escapee root cause.)
· Support test package transfer and release.

Desired profile

Your profile

·  Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
· Preferably 2-3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
· Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
