In your new role you will:

· Plan and manage Technical Feasibility Check on reliability projects and provide feedback to clients/ LVPs
· Liaise internally with LVPs/ externally with counterpart and prioritise towards achieving agreed timeline, including milestone and deadline reliability - especially managing personal time and productivity
· Plan/carry out/
liaise internally with Operation in stress setup and optimization activities to achieve the required stress conditions and agreed priority & start date
· Maintenance/ repair/ modification/ optimization/ buy-off stress equipment, stress boards, tools and on-line monitoring system
· Review, update and documentation of work instruction and machine operating instruction
· Monitor and report on stress activities and provide relevant information of machine down/ malfunction, early warning on delays and bottlenecks to the Head of Engineering
· Maintain, develop existing and new methods & processes to optimise quality, efficiency and effectiveness of reliability qualification of product/ technology/ material & process change. Participates in Continuous Improvement Project, YIP submission and problem solving using 8D methodology
· Attend training, to develop relevant knowledge and skills, and to bridge competency gap

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent) or IT / Computer Science & Computer Engineering
· Min. 2 years related experience in semiconductor reliability stress equipment/engineering is preferred
· Strong knowledge in IT, computer set up and maintenance (software & hardware).
· Good knowledge in equipment maintenance or equipment engineering.
· Good knowledge in reliability stress testing.
· Good interpersonal, management, communication skills with internal and external group of personnel.
· Good analytical and problem solving skills
· Setup, modification and optimization of reliability equipment (hardware/test recipe/profile)/driver & stress board and process.
· Knowledge on on-line monitoring system, automatic data capturing of in-process data and control limits.
