In your new role you will:
· Responsible for making timely and accurate decisions regarding non-conforming product or process outputs using state-of-the-art semiconductor process equipment in one selected assigned area.
· Prioritise multiple activities and make effective decisions in a manufacturing workplace, using sound problem solving and statistical process control methods. Interact and communicate effectively with manufacturing, equipment engineering, equipment suppliers and process integration engineering in a support role.
UPS
· Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
· Work as a team between Manufacturing/ Mnt/ UPS/ LBS/ Technology/ Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions
· Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow
· Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
· Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
· Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
· Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
· University education (Bachelor, Masters) in Chemistry, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Process Engineering
· 4 year technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas).
· Approximately 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, but generally no prior job experience required. Part of your life. Part of tomorrow.
