In your new role you will:
Production Excellence

· Drive Green Line manufacturing implementation
· Implement Lean Manufacturing concept to production shopfloor
· Coordinate Management Genba Walk activities and follow-up on corrective actions and implement best practices
· Perform periodically 5s audit for individual area of each package
· Prepare Fuguai analysis based on 5s category, provide overall comment and to recommend area for improvement
· Ensure response of auditees on corrective actions within predefined timeline
· Cultivate 5S mindset and culture for all staff to assist production to achieve better performance
· Cultivate segment culture with alignment to eight behavioral models of High Performance People, i.e. SMT Training Excellence

· Supporting segment's eLearn implementation and development which includes training material preparation, eLearn committee and eCert
· Perform regular audit on non-compliance of certification i.e. expiry and change of process without notification
· Coordinate Management Genba Walk activities and follow-up on corrective actions and implement best practices
· Analyze certification statistics and to publish report
· Driver for segment OJTI (On Job Training Instruction). Accountable for documents preparation, implementation and training to shopfloor
· To perform investigation and detail analysis with QC Tools (i.e 5 why,8D report) on operative defects and propose corrective actions/solution
· To measure the OJTI training effectiveness via yield loss data analysis and top 3 pareto defects
· Supporting on Competency Development for GG9-12 on analysis of competency gap and also propose solutions to close competency gap
· Driving shopfloor competency development together with Modules and HRLD with systematic approach and training roadmaps

Desired profile

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

· Degree/Masters in Automation Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, Material Science, Mathematics, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Microsystems Technology, Nanotechnology
· At least 3-4 years experience in lean manufacturing tools (6 sigma, VSM). Black Belt will be an added advantage
· Good understanding and knowledge on statistical tools (DOE,JMP,CEDA,etc)
· Experience in production and shopfloor activities related to quality,cost,delivery, morale and safety/housekeeping
· Good Project Management & Presentation skills
· Good skill on Microsoft Office
· Basic knowledge of Quality fundamentals (7QC Tools, FMEA,8D, risk assessment)
