In your new role you will:

· Design and verify analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits like low offset amplifiers, current sensing blocks, ADCs, control stages for power transistors
· Develop behavioral models for the designed circuits in VHDL, VHDL-AMS or Verilog-A
· Closely cooperate with physical design engineers (matching, parasitic, crosstalk...), concept engineers and test engineers (design for test, support of the test concept)
· Evaluate the performances of the designed circuit blocks in our characterization lab
·  Document the behavior of the designed circuit blocks This position is to be filled through one of our partners.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

· A university / university of applied sciences degree (Master or PhD) in Electrical Engineering with focus on analog/mixed signal design
· Solid knowledge in analog/mixed signal design and simulation
· Solid knowledge in behavioral modeling of analog circuits
· Experience in analog mixed-signal design flows and development tools such as Cadence, Mentor, Synopsys
· Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners, who offers a payment of 2590,97,- EUR (gross) per month (14 times p.a.) according to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
