Mission

Required- Very high knowledge and experience in the ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT Program while managing its progress and delivery roadmap.- Exceptional understanding and application of Programme and Project Management competencies including stakeholder management, scope, plans,costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and integration- High knowledge of management through indicators/OKRs dashboards, design and follow-up- Advance knowledge of effective agile program management strategies- Resource and budget control knowledge and experience- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills- Proactivity and capacity to work under pressure. Adaptative & Transformational Mindset- High experience with and ability to participate effectively as part of a team. Cross Team Integration values- Excellent analytics capacity, prioritization and focus oriented mindset.- Energetic, motivated, and determined. Pragmatic and results-oriented-

Perfil

Large Experience working with any project management or PPM tool (traditional and agile): MS Project, Jira- Software engineering knowledge: Cloud basics, ALM SDLC notions• Recommended- IT Technical Background.
