JOB DESCRIPTION:

The HR Recruiter Intern's main purpose is to provide proactive support to USA stores, HR Managers and overall HR team, to ensure all recruitment processes are dealt with speedily and accurately; supporting the HR team with different projects. Responsibilities include the following:

•Overseeing and assisting with administrative and office tasks.
•Posting job ads on various websites.
•Assisting in the influx of resumes and screen candidates according to company criteria.
•To hold first round one to one and group interviews.
•To assist the recruitment process fairly and speedily to ensure that candidates are receiving the best possible experience.
•To follow-up on the initial progress of new employees in the store.
•To build relationships with stores in order to collect information regarding vacancies and store profile.
•To maintain an accurate and up-to-date database in order to produce reports and analysis of recruitment activity.
•To research new resourcing recruiting channels.
•Work closely with Senior Recruiters.

Requirements

· Non-university education •Prior experience in HR/Recruitment in a retail environment is desirable.
•High school diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field.
•Full Time entry level position (paid internship).
•Advanced in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look ups…
•Proficient user of other Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint…
•Ability to execute daily tasks and meet deadlines.
•Excellent organizational skills/detail oriented.
•Strong analytic, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong follow-up skills.
•Results driven.
•Works well with a team or autonomously.
•Sense of urgency and motivation.
•Bilingual English – Spanish desirable.
•Prior office/administrative experience.
•Based in NYC.
