We are looking for a very energetic, hardworking, reliable and effective Operations Manager. We need a professional and detail oriented person with a sense of urgency and motivation. Our large stockroom requires a lot of time and dedication. It is the heart of our store! We receive large shipments twice a week with different garments that require pricing, organization, and censoring in an effective and FAST way.

Responsibilities Include:

-Managing a team of several stock associates

-Communication with Management regarding product sales trends and requests

-Receipt of shipment and ensuring accuracy on invoices

-Sets the standards for organization in the stockroom

Requirements for Operations Manager:

-Full Time

-Available for overnight shifts 2x a week

-Available to work early morning shifts

-Prior retail/stockroom experience required with supervisory experience

-Prior LP Training and experience as a Key holder opening and closing the store
