Job description
As part of the Zara.com logistics team, you will be responsible for optimizing the e-commerce logistics process in Australia & New Zealand, ensuring the correct implementation of policies and procedures, and compliance with the established budget and deadlines.
The Role:
Distribution Center Management: search for suppliers, deployment of operations, monitoring and management of operations. KPI analysis and definition and implementation of improvement plans.
Planning, analysis and improvement of processes and procedures.
Communication with corporate logistics and transportation departments, the commercial department, and customer service.
Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality, budgets, etc.
Flow control / Lean Management.
Team management (in-house and outsourced). National and international transfers
Successful Candidates will have…
3- 6 years of experience in Ecommerce Logistics, Project management, Operations, Distribution Centre Management, Supplier Management
University Degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Ecommerce, or Industrial Engineering
Ability to plan, analyse, and resolve conflicts
Strong team management skills with both in house and outsourced teams
Flexibility to adapt to a quickly changing work environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
An eye for detail while working well under pressure with consistent accuracy
Proven track record of driving and implementing strategic initiatives
A basic knowledge of Spanish Language (a plus)
Ability to travel frequently as required
