We are looking for STORE MANAGER for our store BERSHKA in VIENNA, AUSTRIA

You are responsible for a smooth running in the whole store and you act in every way as a role model. If you enjoy fashion and understand how to lead a team and a store, this is the place for you!

Your tasks:

 Self-dependent on the management of a store

 Accomplishment of the budget goals

 Recruitment and personnel requirements planning

 Talent management, training, and team development

 High service and customer orientation

Your profile:

 At least 2-3 years of experience as a manager, ideally in retail

 Independent and organized way of working

 Team player

 High communication skills

 Very good German and good English skills
