Job Title

STOCKROOM RESPONSIBLE

Reporting to

GENERAL MANAGER

Purpose

Lead and drive the team throughout the delivery process to achieve the productivity targets set and completion of all operational tasks while adhering to Health & Safety standards and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Organise the whole delivery process

•Train and develop an effective overnight team to achieve the productivity and required standards.

•Get actively involved in the delivery and ensure new stock is available for replenishment on the shop floor before the morning shift starts.

•Ensure the 25R delivery is actioned.

•Continually develop stock knowledge and maintain updated standards in the stockroom.

•Organise the completion of other operational tasks as necessary to support the overall operations of the store (overstock, change of hangers)

•Ensure effective communication is maintained with the store management team

•Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store

•Responsible for the Company Health & Safety Policy at all times

•Manage security and make sure the processes are adhere to the Company security policy at all times and report any issues as per set standards

•Comply with the Company Key Holders Policy at all times.

•Awareness of the company and the store culture

•Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all the stockroom area at all times

Experience and Qualifications

•Previous experience in logistics or stockroom management (retail preferable)

•Experience in management a team in a fast paced environment

•Strong organisational and time management skills

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•Ability to work under pressure

•Flexibility to work varied hours overnight.
