JOB POSITION: Store Management Trainee

RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

1) Ensure store operation & sales smooth according to corporate policy; 根据公司的制度保证店铺的正常运营和销售；

2) In charge of product management; 负责店铺货品的经营；

3) In charge of staff management and training; 负责店铺人员管理及培训；

4) Maintain store image and standards of customer service. 维护良好的店铺形象和客户服务标准。

REQUIREMENTS

任职要求

1) Bachelor's degree and above; 本科及以上学历；

2) Passionate in fashion industry; 具有对时尚行业的强烈热情；

3) Good verbal English ability; 具备英语口语沟通的能力；

4）Good learning ability; 良好的学习能力；

5) Good communication skills; 良好的沟通能力；

6) Good sense of customer service; 优秀的沟通能力和服务意识；

7) Able to adapt hard-working by standing for 8 hours each day; 能适应8小时站立式快节奏工作，能吃苦耐劳；

8) Good team work spirit; 具备良好的团队合作意识和能力；

9) Good image; 具备良好形象和气质；

10) Able to start full-time work soon soon. 可尽快入职并全职工作。
