SENIOR PATTERN MAKER

At Oysho , we are looking for a Senior Pattern Maker to join our fast-growing team.

This position is based in Tordera (Barcelona) , where you will work at our Global Headquarters .

 

What will you do in your day-to-day?

 
· 

Receive, review, and measure samples and prototypes.
· 

Monitor developments from a pattern-making perspective, maintain daily contact with suppliers, and resolve any issues.
· 

Participate in fittings with models to identify possible errors and improvements, as well as adjust patterns through feedback to suppliers.
· 

Advise design and buying teams on the product construction.
· 

Modify patterns in Gerber and create technical sheets.

 

What are we looking for?

 

To succeed in this role, you need to have a positive attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment. In addition, we expect you to demonstrate:
· 

At least 3 years of experience as a pattern maker.
· 

Strong knowledge of technical garments.
· 

High level of English .
· 

A proactive, organized, and highly problem-solving mindset.
· 

Experience with measurement charts, technical sheets, and software such as Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
· 

Professional knowledge of the Gerber pattern-making system .
