We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our retail management team in Auckland!

As a ZARA Operations Supervisor, you are in the driver's seat of one of the largest international fashion retail companies in the world.

You will be leading a large team in managing the operations of the store from the back of the house. Our stockroom is the heart of the store and where everything begins. As an Operations Supervisor, you are always one step ahead. You work with the rhythm of the fashion industry and at ZARA this means constant change.

Successful Operations Supervisor Candidates will have…

* 4 or more year's warehouse/ stock inventory experience in the retail industry

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* The ability to manage a large team and good time management skills

* Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail

* An interest in inventory management and processes

* The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment

* The ability to motivate and develop a team to be future ZARA retail Managers
