Head Cashier – Zara Kristiansand

Zara is now looking for Head cashier for our new store in Kristiansand

As a Zara Head cashier you will be responsible for cash register procedures, and supervision of the procedures when handling money in the whole store, customer service, but also training and development of cashier team.

Job description;

·  Respects and ensures that the correct procedures of the Till routines are followed both by the cashiers and the managers

·  Control and registration of all sales operations: Control of Payment methods: cash, credit cards, Smart cards (gift cards, vouchers, employee discount cards) etc. Control of Employee transactions

·  Operations involved in closing, balancing, control of the till funds and cashing up the cash register respecting the Security guide lines

·  Training and improving the working knowledge of auxiliary cashiers and substitutes, correcting mistakes and answering questions

·  Working knowledge of the Till Routines, supervision and correct use of all forms and that the correct data is sent to the Head Office regarding the tills in the store

·  Giving full attention to customers, helping customers with basic queries

·  Transmits and Follows up that all cashier team has access to the newest information from Head Office and is acted upon it.

·  Follows up on basic technical incidents

·  Administrative tasks
