Commercial Supervisor for our new store in Zara Karl Johan

Zara is now looking for Commercial Supervisor – Ladies section

As a Zara Commercial Supervisor, you are an integral part of the Zara image. You are directly responsible for the success of your department. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while managing the ladies department commercial requirements and activities on a day to day basis whilst balancing strategic goals of the Company.

Responsibilities:

· 

Managing Ladies floor and to be in charge of planning the commercial and visual activity of the store

· 

To ensure that the floor layout is merchandised in accordance with the company guidelines.

· 

Provides highest level of care to customers

· 

Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on company activity

· 

Identify and action creative and visual ideas for the store

· 

Consistently ensures the floor is fully stocked with merchandise

· 

Merchandises the store with the support of commercial team

· 

Consistently meets sales goals and striving to exceed expectations

· 

Responsible for the training and development of the commercial team

· 

Ensures the proper training for all staff and recognizes potential candidates for promotion

Requirements :

·  Commerciality, to use commercial information and product knowledge to drive the store into high standard and image towards direction of the company.

·  Prioritizes tasks to maximize efficiency of team

·  Takes initiative to accomplish all set goals

·  Great customer service skills

·  Leads and motivates team by setting the example

·  Desire for career growth within the company
